Overview
This full-day training programme is designed for lawyers and legal professionals who wish to enhance their client experience and strengthen long-term professional relationships. Through practical exercises, interactive discussions and real-case scenarios, participants will learn how to align client service excellence with professional values, communication culture and the expectations of modern legal practice.
The program is also designed to satisfy fundamental Lawyers’ Code of Conduct provisions which oblige lawyers limited liability companies (LLCs) to properly educate and inform not only lawyers but also trainees, paralegals and staff of important professional conduct and other related rules.

Purpose and Rationale
The legal profession is undergoing rapid change driven by competition, evolving client expectations, heightened regulatory demands and technological disruption. Lawyers and legal-support professionals must now elevate the way they communicate, collaborate and deliver services.
Developing a client-centric, ethical and professional culture that reflects the principles of the Cyprus Lawyers’ Code of Conduct is increasingly essential. This programme equips participants with a growth mindset and practical tools for strengthening client relationships, managing difficult interactions, communicating with clarity and empathy, and applying ethical professionalism in everyday practice.

The programme is structured around the Cyprus Lawyers’ Code of Conduct, which serves as the ethical and professional backbone of the training, with detailed analysis of relevant provisions embedded throughout each module. In all three key parts of the program the relevant provisions are analysed.
