Andreou & Partners is looking for a Corporate Lawyer with approximately 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience to join its Corporate & Commercial team. The role covers a mix of transactional and ongoing advisory work for both Cyprus-based and international clients, with genuine exposure to cross-border matters.

What the Role Involves

• Advising on corporate structuring, shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts
• Supporting M&A and corporate reorganisation matters from the Cyprus side
• Ongoing corporate advisory work for a portfolio of Cyprus and international clients
• Direct client contact, including with international investors and their advisers

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 3–5 years’ PQE in corporate or commercial practice
• Strong contract and document drafting skills
• Confident, clear client communication
• Fluency in English and Greek
• A genuine interest in international and cross-border transactions
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach to work
