Andreou & Partners is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support its Corporate & Commercial team with the day-to-day administration behind the firm’s transactional and advisory work.

What the Role Involves

• Corporate administration for client companies, including statutory records and filings
• Preparation of routine corporate documents under lawyer supervision
• Company searches and due diligence support
• Organisation and management of transaction and client files
• Supporting client onboarding, including standard compliance checks
• Liaising closely with lawyers across the department on active matters

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in corporate administration or legal support is an advantage
• Discretion when handling client and corporate information
• Comfortable working with standard office and document management systems
• A team-oriented, reliable approach to work
